When a MIDI controller is connected to the AMP1 via the BluGuitar MIDI1 adapter, all switching states of the AMP1 can be recalled by a MIDI program change command sent on MIDI channel 1. This allows up to 128 presets to be created. The assignment is made using the MIDI LEARN function ‍on the AMP1.

In addition, the (2ND) MASTER VOLUME , GAIN or CLEAN VOLUME and POWER SOAK functions can be controlled with the help of MIDI Control Change commands by assigning a value between 0 and 127 to them.

In addition, the FX LOOP, REVERB and BOOST switching functions can be switched on and off with the help of control change commands.

How exactly you send MIDI control change messages to the AMP1 depends on the MIDI controller used. Please consult the operating instructions for the controller or the manufacturer's support.

parameter Control Change No. (decimal values) Control range
2nd master volume CC 007 up to -10dB

Power soak CC 030 0.15 to 2 watts / 7 to 100 watts
FX loop CC 040 on / off
Reverb CC 050 on / off
