Here's the situation: your AMP1 is out of warranty and you have determined that the amp's Custom Control thru-axles are defective. What to do next?
Please first check that the thru-axles are really the problem with the help of the following troubleshooting article: Are the custom controls of my AMP1 defective?
As a gesture of goodwill, we will repair defective Custom Control axles for devices outside of the guarantee or warranty period for a small service fee.
Alternatively, you can also order the spare parts from us free of charge and install them yourself with the help of instructions from our service department.

If your AMP1 is out of warranty, you can also order the replacement parts from us and install them yourself using our service department's video guide below.
