Here's the situation: your AMP1 is out of warranty and you have determined that the amp's Custom Control thru-axles are defective. What to do next?

Please first check that the thru-axles are really the problem with the help of the following troubleshooting article: Are the custom controls of my AMP1 defective?

As a gesture of goodwill, we will repair defective Custom Control axles for devices outside of the guarantee or warranty period for a small service fee.
Alternatively, you can also order the spare parts from us free of charge and install them yourself with the help of instructions from our service department.

What would you like to do?

Request a goodwill repair

To have your Custom Control axles repaired in-house, please email us at service@bluguitar.com - we will then contact you as soon as possible and initiate the repair. Your device must be sent to the following address:

BluGuitar GmbH

Germany

If you are outside of Germany or Austria, you will find a BluGuitar Service Center here.
