Loss of volume after connecting REMOTE1
In addition to the Master Volume and Power Soak, the gain level can also be reduced and saved in the REMOTE1. If there is a loss of volume when connecting the REMOTE1 to the AMP1, this is because a reduced value for one (or two or even all three) of the above parameters is stored in the currently active preset of the REMOTE1.
If the loss of volume is unintentional, the affected parameters should be saved again with the level control on the REMOTE1 turned up to the maximum. All values can also be set to MAX via a factory reset of the REMOTE1. However, note that in this case ny previously saved user presets will be replaced by factory presets.
By the way: if the AMP1 does not deliver 100% volume, gain or power (soak) even without REMOTE1, try this: connect the REMOTE1, select all of the affected parameters one after the other with the help of the REMOTE1 and turn the level control of the REMOTE1 fully up. You can then disconnect the two devices - or preferably switch them off first and then disconnect them.
