If the BluBOX fails with even a slight overdrive (a hard hit on the guitar is enough), then only a "pock-pock-pock" sound can be heard at both outputs (BALANCED MIC OUT and LINE OUT) and the BluBOX only is ready for use again after approx. 30 seconds without power supply, this is due to an unsuitable power supply unit, which is probably supplying too high a voltage.
