Which AMP1 do you use?
For a Killswitch Engage tone with the AMP1 Mercury Edition, we recommend the Modern channel. You'll get the best results with a metal guitar with humbuckers (active or passive), but it's possible to get ballpark tones with other guitar types, too. Depending on your guitar and pickup type, you may have to make a few compromises and tweaks to your settings:

Underestimated component: the speaker cabinet!
