What is the value of the treble bleed capacitor in the volume pot of the '61 Masterbuilt?
Both in Thomas' '61 Strat and in the BluGuitar '61 Masterbuilt, the volume potentiometer was modified with a treble bleed capacitor, which retains the treble of the guitar signal when the potentiometer is rolled back.
The capacitor has 180pF, an additional resistor is not used. Depending on the guitar, Thomas Blug also uses 220pF capacitors.
