The AMPX ships with a number of standard effects on board. What that will be has not yet been decided (at time of writing, January 2022). The amp sounds delivered with the AMPX are expected to be those of the AMP1 Mercury Edition and AMP1 Iridium Edition.

The nice thing about the concept of the AMPX is that the collection of amps and effects (“BlugPRINTs”) that can be purchased will continue to grow. In the medium term, there will hardly be a common amp or effect that is not available as a BlugPRINT.
