Tip 1: Please do not mount the plastic discs

The white plastic discs are not intended for assembly. These are spacers for transport so that the magnets can be separated from each other more easily. Once you've separated the magnets, the spacers can go in the trash.

Tip 2: Use the mounting template

In order to place your Easy Locks in the right place, please download the mounting template template and print it out. Make sure your printer doesn't resize the PDF file when you print it. The scaling must be set to 100% .

Tip 3: Do not fully tighten the screws

In order for the AMP1 to be absolutely secure, the screws should not be tightened too much. If the Easy Locks have a little play, they can attach themselves to the exact position of the AMP1. In addition, the magnets can break if the screw is tightened too much, as magnets are generally very sensitive.   

Tip 4: Use washers only when necessary

Use the metal washers only when necessary and depending on the material of your pedalboard. If the bottom of your board is lined with Velcro, for example, we recommend using the washers. Just give it a try!

Tip 5: Mounting on a metal board

If you want to screw your Easy Locks on to a metal pedalboard (e.g., Pedaltrain or similar), you can use the wood screws provided. In this case, please first drill a 2.5 mm to 3 mm hole with a metal drill.
